The company aims to empower and educate the modern workforce by providing easily consumable, engaging training content, an online learning platform and industry-specific consulting services. They’re committed to creating Skill Agility among employees through advanced training solutions that enable continuous learning and development.

Brian Leach has been the CEO and Co-Founder of Unboxed Technology for 15 years. He heads all sales, operations and marketing functions of the company, as well as strategic planning and future growth initiatives.

An alumnus of the University of Baltimore, Brian spent two decades at Circuit City where he held many senior-level positions in retail operations, new business development, merchandising and training.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Unboxed, Jessica Parrent has worked for over 10 years to support its employees, products and clients in the direction of growth. As a data-driven and people-first leader, her goal is to prepare the company to provide world-class, custom learning and technology solutions to clients.

Jessica’s role at Unboxed includes partnering with founders to operationalize its strategic vision, build and support cross-functional teams, and systematically measure financial performance.
