Customer support is easily accessible, quick, responsive, knowledgeable and willing to take feedback to make the user experience better. Users would like to see more reporting features and customization. Integration with other software is limited, and as a few reviewers have mentioned, it does not communicate well with Sage accounting. There are instances where the system would take some time to load.

It has almost infinite possibilities for customization so that it can be tailored to the needs of the company. Reviewers said that due to the robust features available, it can take time to master the program. New releases seem to be rushed at times and may be buggy, creating problems with fields that have been customized. Some users said that when switching to the cloud, response times appear to be somewhat delayed, and the system can freeze when clicking on applications. Customer support is slow to respond, and users wished complex issues could be resolved more quickly.
