Reviewers said that due to the robust features available, it can take time to master the program. New releases seem to be rushed at times and may be buggy, creating problems with fields that have been customized. Some users said that when switching to the cloud, response times appear to be somewhat delayed, and the system can freeze when clicking on applications.
