The integrated practice management system can check patient eligibility prior to appointments, identify time slots according to individual requirements and provide further steps, details of follow-up care, and recommendations from the provider during check-out. Some reviewers have mentioned that some task processes require too many clicks and can be complex to complete. Full licenses and ongoing support are relatively costly compared to other systems. However, users also said that it gives you what you pay for, as it offers robust functionality.
