There is no SLA for Standard Support subscribers. Team Support hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, M — F, while Enterprise Support hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST M — F. These hours exclude U.S. holidays and include support for up to three designated points of contact.
