In 2018, the company launched an education program for investment. It announced it would expand that program in 2020 in collaboration with Citadel and Citadel Securities. Users can go to the admin support and help center and browse a forum for answers to relevant questions or submit a ticket. Divided by role on the website, there’s a knowledge base/FAQ that provides answers to common questions. Otherwise, there’s a telephone line, an online form and a chat tool on the site. It also provides blogs, white papers, videos and other resources.

schoolTraining: Everfi has some direct training for users and implementation support for educators. Those with questions can also post and read the community posts on the forum for additional help.
