Researcher's Summary:
TOPYX is an LMS and talent management system with multiple HR functions. Users loved the pricing scheme, which has a fixed cost instead of a per-user model that many found affordable. Overall, they found customer service to be friendly and helpful and appreciated the fact that the system was easy to use and learn.
Users had heavy issues with the app in the comments on Google Play. The most common complaint was being able to log in and stay that way. Reviewers also had issues with the system remembering and using the correct URL. Several said they used the correct URL and it still wouldn’t work.
This platform may be a good option for small and medium-sized companies and institutions. As stated above, there aren’t many reviews of it. Therefore, demo extensively and double-check it has the necessary requirements during the buying process.
