Users liked the overall management, professional development and skill set defining features. Its employee management, onboarding and talent management worked well aiding in optimizing the workforce. Recruiting was an especially well-liked tool with its ability to check candidate status, pull transcripts and engage in talent sourcing. Last, users were happy with its reporting elements as well. As for reviewer dissatisfaction, the most disliked aspect was the price. It’s a comprehensive and expensive product.
