None of what you wrote applies to most popular free CRM, like Bitrix24 or SuiteCRM. They are fully featured, unlike free versions of Zoho or Insightly, which are, frankly total crap. Writing a post about free CRM and not talking about leading two leading free CRM is a total sham.
