Suite Support

Users can request support from within the solution itself; they can access the Help menu and select the “Personal Support” command. This will instruct the user’s computer to create a new email that automatically includes their version and serial number and attaches the file they are working on, if they choose to do so.

GraphPad provides support for their product, but does not provide statistical consulting.

Email: If the “Personal Support” command does not work on a user’s computer, they can contact GraphPad for technical support by emailing [email protected]. Users are advised to include their version number, their project file and screenshots or descriptions of any error messages, if available.

Phone: GraphPad does not offer telephone support and directs their customers to submit support requests by email.

Training: GraphPad offers a wide range of educational resources on its website to help users learn more about Prism, data visualization and statistical analysis, including short video tutorials, guides, FAQs and a searchable knowledge base and free online calculators to run quick statistical tests.
