Key differentiators & advantages of Magento Business Intelligence

Measure expected customer lifetime value through store performance and sales activity data. Track website activity — page views, sessions and users — to monitor customer conversion rate as well as churn rate.
- Self-Service Reporting: Track performance metrics, quotes and leads’ status through out-of-the box B2B reports. Share reports and graphical summaries with others via email, manually or periodically through automated scheduling. Export reports as .CSV and Excel files or as images in PNG, PDF and SVG formats for easy sharing.

Pulls data from multiple sources like SalesForce, Facebook, MySQL and centralizes it in a cloud-based warehouse. Join proprietary and third-party data to identify previously hidden data relationships.
