Comprehensive Statistical Analysis: Stata can provide users all the statistics functions they need to perform data science, including but not limited to linear models, panel/longitudinal data, time series analysis, survival analysis, Bayesian analysis, selection models, choice models, extended regression models, generalized linear models, finite mixture models, spatial autoregressive models, nonlinear regression and more.
Predictive Analysis: Stata helps users anticipate the future. It has lasso tools that allow users to predict outcomes, characterize groups and patterns and perform inferential statistics on data.
